@CaptainCheq police as an organization needs immediate restructuring. Police should never patroll outside of their own zipcode. How can you empathize with a situation you've never experienced? How can a middle class cop police the streets of the inner city(da hood)? Too many of the wrong people are being arrested. Police should never be allowed to disperse crowds unless the crowd starts burning stuff. ypical its the police that cause the angry mobs to destroy stuff.
