Is that Welsh? 'Cause I'm English (Yorkie) and we use everything you just said, such as: To be fair, to be honest, I'm not being funny, he's/she's being funny with me, we use it all lol but my Girlfriend is Welsh (Cardiff) and we both use it all the same amount lol
