Images of Spanish faith combine with a 17th century setting of a text from the Psalms. I dedicate this video to the thousands of Christians murdered by the Reds between 1931 and 1939. Note well that the martyrs illustrated in this video died in 1934, two years before the Civil War began. The Nationalist uprising was a righteous reaction to these barbaric and bestial acts.

One of my sources gave an incorrect date. Sorry, the Reds were the worst of the two. Unfortunately, the Spanish Republic is a "mascot cause" of the modern left. Francisco Franco is a hero for having saved Spain from the Red terror. If he had not won the Civil War, an even more barbaric bloodbath at the hands of the Reds (in imitation of their Soviet masters) would have occurred. I choose the lesser of two evils... what about you?

The Martyrs of Damiel were killed at the beginning of the Spanish Civil War, in July 1936, not in 1934.

Both sides committed the most incredibly barbarian acts.
