  • Nope... Look closely guys... If you watch right as he comes into the screen the motorcyclists switches lanes over in front of the van... I'm a biker and that was clearly the motorcyclist's fault!!! That's the type of rider that gives motorcyclist's a bad rep. The van even tries to slw down!!!

  • I'm a biker and this is the bikers fault maybe forgot to check his blind spot....police make people worry so much that they are gunna pull you over people dont know how to drive around them and they forget stuff

  • Its the police fault. They should not have stopped by the roadside hence distracting both the biker and van.

  • You can see a video of the biker in a interview on my channel and btw he did not walk away lol

  • It's both their faults. Looks like the bike failed to clear his lane before making the move (and not matching speed). The van was obviously not paying attention and driving faster than the vehicle was capable of handing for the situation. The van should have been shadow braking already simply because of the merging traffic, let alone the lane change. Based on how slow the vans reaction was the driver either was rubber necking or flat not paying attention.

  • Vans Fault period....the van didn't brake until he hit the bike....not paying attention and SPEEDING. Watch it again.

  • Looks like he was merging slowly but was already in the left lane....van was speeding...faster than the car in front of the bike.

  • I also ride,it's a combination of both parties at fault, the rider and the driver. the motorcyclist did not perform a head check when changing lanes and the driver, distracted by the pretty flashing lights, wasnt able to act in time(defensively). there's always more than one factor in an accident.

  • ^^ dont know...

  • fliming cagers i hate them at least nobody was badly hurt

  • where the fock did he walk away?

  • The biker was going pretty slow compared to the rest of the traffic, but if you look close enough the biker was almost across the left lane when hit, the van was probably watching the cop and didnt see the biker until he was almost on him. It was both of them at fault really, but the guy in the van should of seen the biker changing lanes, if he was watching the road he could have avoided it.
