@FenrisManagement Another point is that the Nu Metal guys he inspired are around the same age as him, yet they didn't get big for about another 10 years.

@baronofbefoulment good point. He was just a kid when he hit the scene. I wonder how his star would have shined if he had hit the scene three years later and older. A interesting parallel would be Tyler the Creator hitting things at twenty....

Not slammin anyone, Or promoting Patton's icon any further then it is, BUT when you say you hear Korn, or Hed PE in Patton's work... WHAT do you think those guys were listening to 20 years ago? It's not like Mike is new to the scene, hell, many of us have grown in and out of interest with him over the course of decades. He is on an upswing atm, ENJOY it people, irt wil lbe good for music as more artists are inspired to new ideas.
