dude ive been really thinking about getting this zune. Everything about this player looks amazing but the only thing is if I am correct there is no way to watch you tube is there?

I understand there is much confusion about the rumored Zune HD "YouTube App."

As of right now, if Microsoft is partnering with Google and trying to make one, then it is still not released and nobody knows of it yet. It is likely to get the app at some point, however it is not known yet.

We may not even get the app but get an Adobe Flash Player for the browser. This would be nice because Apple said that they will never add that to the iPod or iPhone.

with zune pass do you have to download it first?

Download the song before you play?

You can download any song if you choose too, or connect to a wireless internet connection and you can play a song without downloading. No, it doesn't have an internal speaker, but the speaker on the iPod isn't very loud anyway.

haha ur a lil obsessed wit tryin 2 get bak @ da iPods, chill u can have ur opinion on sayin tht da Zune is better but the reality is Zune will NEVER b able 2 catch up 2 the ipods sales or in fact anything @ this point. And the alleged "iPod killer" has yet 2 even start killing and we've givin it almost a good yr. 2 catch up

I have a zune. Its awesome. But you don't have to convince everyone that you didn't waste your money.

I like it just cause the screen and sound quality and Price. Which is all I care about. In every other way Ipod touch is better if anything. Zune HD will NEVER catch up with the pure selling power of Ipod touch. Its a fact. Ipod will stay ahead until the next cool thing comes out. You are stupid. Zune us good Ipod is good for different reasons. Just get over it

with zune pass do you have to download it first? and also does it have a speaker like the ipod touch or do you have to plug in headphones to play music and such??

I agree with you on everything. PCMag was using the 4.1 firmware, and the ability to switch to desktop mode in the browser was not until the next firmware update in November.
