Nikhil Arora and Alex Velez are no ordinary college graduates. Both Berkeley grads had recently deferred jobs in corporate finance to locally replicate a sustainable system of growing Shitake and Oyster mushrooms. Michael Montalban with BBN3 follows Nikhil and Alex from their Emeryville warehouse to their first harvest sold to Whole Foods in Berkeley.
