there are some conditions that Disk Utility cannot fix. These usually occur if you've upgraded your computer from older versions of OSX (such as 10.3, 10.4, etc) These usually don't cause problems, but be sure you're clicking "Repair Permissions" and not "Verify Permissions"

I did disk permission and the permissions where not fixed ...
why?? have o do with key chain or what??
