For those who said that Thai Government promotes sex, it's not true. People who promotes sex in Thailand is the foreigners' cheap tour companies, and the selfish greedy local low-class tour agency. Thai Government and majority of Thai people promote their unique culture, traditions, and Thai food.

As I am a farang woman with a Thai man I am asking myself if this also could be a good business in the opposite way in my home country: for the after mid-fifty, double divorced (often) overweight farang women who noone want anymore I ship young thai men over. Then the lady can support his gamble, drinking and buy motorbikes and pick up trucks for his friends at home..... good idea?? I think I would not make a lot of money.

I understand and acknowledge the fact that we have the prostitution problem but with this kind of video, with corruption & poverty problem in the country, and most of all without strong-willed to make things better, it will take years to hopefully get rid of this problem.

Sorry for my lack of responses here. I posted the comments a year ago and been using different e-mail so I was pretty much out of touch with my youtube's notification. Anyway, I respect all your feedback and just want to let anyone who watched the video or heard about Thailand realize that there is more than the prostitution industry there. It's a land full of culture and traditions which is quite sad that those are probably not the frist thing people think about Thailand.

@jomjun let me ask you; ever been to patpong,sukhumvit,ratchada? foreign orientated prostitution accounts for less then 10% in just bkk alone. there is no real 'independent' government that function by itself. police,government,army,institu­tions,etc...they cant be seperated from each other. you will see how much all of this affects daily life in relation to what you call 'prostitution'. so dont play that card. leave the food, culture, etc out of it. its beaturiful yes. but dont be romantic.

Foreigners account for a fraction of the prostitution industry in Thailand. It's quite usual for Thai men to visit brothels. Only difference is the foreign brothels are out in the open.
