Some of the gavottes from the great cluster of dances in Michael Praetorius`Terpsichore, #1. But Praetorius only published this piece only from the just-died Wolfenbüttel dancing master Pierre Francisque Caroubel and included it in his collection, with Caroubel´s mane (abbreviated F.C. !).
