Quentin Hillsman Confronted By A Reporter

Syracuse women's basketball coach Quentin Hillsman is confronted by Jim Clark, a correspondent from Full Court Press, concerning one his players allegedly tripping UConn coach Geno Auriemma after UConn had beaten Syracuse 107-53 on Jan. 17 at the XL Center in Hartford. Video of the postgame showed no conclusive evidence that Syracuse player Nicole Michael attempted to trip Auriemma, despite Clark's assertation that Michael "physically contacted" the coach in "an attempt to trip him."

childish is the fact that a coach got in an argument with a college player who is what... 21, 22? then you have this reporter who is so obviously on the uconn train it's hard not to laugh. does he even realize how much of a jerk he sounds like asking these questions? fusillipasta, get over yourself. its women's college basketball.

None of us cared to watch the game, no. the only people who care about womens B'ball live in Connecticut. just 2 minutes of Geno Auriemma is all i ever care to see. the guy is a piece of garbage. he berates and intimidates his players and he doesn't coach men cause he'd get his teeth knocked out of his mouth.

She lost by 50 and was pissed off. The entire Syracuse team was overly physical and blatantly tried to injure some UConn players, which is clear if any of you cared to watch the game. She tried to trip him because she couldn't handle the fact that her team just got manhandled by a team that it will never be able to compete with.

Funny..I saw Geno (the adult) trash talking with a player (bet 18-22) and this guy is talking about no respect?? I'm not justifying what she did, but she was CLEARLY baited by the adult of the two...I have also seen Geno fly into such a rage that he almost pushed his asst coach down....oh the asst is a woman...Geno is a hot head and he is the one who lacks any class...

Jim Clarks questioning in this was entirely out of line. He's got to realize he wasn't in the court room, grilling a person as he did, not even getting the player involves name right. You sir should stick to being a prosecutor and back out of the sports reporting. You are a disgrace to all journalists and reporters for this.
