Saw this group in Florence Oregon this past weekend at the Winter Folk Festival.. Great show. And the song by Chris Kokesh ( I Hear The Train) was a highlight to me.

Hi Carol Harley here from Misty River. I loved your video using "Don't Take Down The Mistletoe". It's an honor to be in your soundtrack! Nice photos too!
Happy New Year!

I hope you like my little video for Don't Take Down the Mistletoe.. I'm no professional, not even very experienced... but I think everyone on YouTube should be able to hear this song too. Heard it on the radio here in Seattle. Keep up the great work and more like it please :)

I saw Misty River this past week in Winfield, KS at the Walnut Valley Festival. They are, in a word, incredible. Their harmonies rival those of the "Celtic Women", and as musicians they are all top-notch! Anyone who misses this group when they are playing locally ought to have their head examined, IMHO!
Catch them if you can, there was some mention that their Winfield performance might be their last for a while, I suspect they are heading back into the recording studio....hope so!

I've been playing Misty River for almost 3 years now on my radio show. Even though I play a lot of bluegrass music, with many renditions of "Wayfaring Stranger", I still prefer Misty River's version as the best one.
