OK, this is a great 10 minute Leg Blaster to help you lose fat. Thanks for our awesome fitness model, Jennifer, for demonstrating the exercises. ; )
The movements:
Prisoner Squats x 10 reps
Squat Hold x 10 seconds
Jump Squats x 10 reps
Jumping Lunges x 10 reps total
One Legged Hip Raise x 10 reps each leg
One Legged Step Ups x 10 reps each leg
Perform as many rounds of this leg blaster as you can in 10 minutes.
Only rest as needed.

@tantita70 Cool, thanks for watching. Let me know how the workout goes for you. Her heel was slightly off, perhaps the step was slightly high for her. But in the scheme of things, it wouldn't make a significant difference. Thanks for your comment and great observation!
