@TerraNik Neither one of my kees liked water, but it could be because us humans aren't real water people. (:
My younger keeshond will swim but only in a lake. (: Its pretty crazy. (:

No... my family had a Keeshond when I was born and he loved being in water. We have a summer cottage in MA and he would run into the ocean and swim around every day, then get hosed off before he could come in.

Very cute! I have a keeshound named Koda and he was just like that as a pup!

When it's warm my keeshond loves going in water, she never goes deeper than her shoulders though

literally watched this video like 8 times, SO CUTEEEEE!! I used to have a Keeshond named Frosti but she died close to 8 years ago. We have a Keeshond mix now named Cami. I love her to pieces but I hope to get another Keeshond when I get out of college and off on my own!!

Oh and I thought his little excited squeaks were so cute!
I'm getting mine on June 15 i hope, same day my summerweekend starts, can't wait!
But an interesting thing with a sandpit as a toy, is that a good thing for them? :)

The sandpit is great! We used to hide toys and treats in there for him to find and we encouraged him to dig in the sandpit rather than in the ground or the garden bed. We never had a problem with digging!

@TerraNik We got one especially for our lapphund because they are known for digging. We didn't want to deprive him, but we didn't want our little one who died in February being dug up either. You've inspired me to have another go at that camcorder I bought especially for YouTube (and haven't been able to figure out) and post a video response - don't hold your breath though, lol!
