It sounds like you have an over active imagination. I flew this airplane almost daily and I knew that the mags worked properly. But this really happened and was not a put up job. I couldn't get the plane out of the hanger and had to get a friend to help me get it moved. The next day I asked my friend to video this and said to him that I don't think that I could fake it, he said don't fake it, try to get it out again and you have seen the results. good god that was very unsafe. If someone had accidentally left the ignition or master switch on he could have handstarted the prop and sliced his arms and face off.
