Bike v Scooter. Ealing Common to Sheherds Bush. Drafted me all to way to Acton then made his move along the Uxbridge Road. Eventually got away just before Shepherds Bush... Sorry the quality's poor as we were heading into the sun.

  • Great clip,I wonder if the scooter rider let you pass near the bridge.those things can do 50mph+ perhaps he was keeping the speed limit,Do you often break over 30mph on the flats with your fixed gear

  • Thanks. I can never get up to 30 on flat, more like 27ish (46kph) but only in short bursts when there's something to chase :)

  • thats still pretty fast though, I can sprint up to 30mph on a flat for a brief time before I burn out.... only if I have a tail wind lol. Otherwise its usually the low /mid twenties for me. It amazes me how top TT riders average 28/29 mph over 25 miles ,take care

  • When he got past you I could just feel the "nooooo.....!" Hahaha!!

    5 stars mate!!
