Brawl Modding Tutorial - Changing CSS Names

Tutorial on how to change the names of people in the CSS (Character Selection Screen).
I hope everyone uses this to it's full potential and experiments with all their ideas and dreams.
I would also like to remind people that if you already have a Custom CSS, then you will just need to EDIT the files, not redownload them.

I made a custom name in panit .net but, when I replace a name, it has a grainy picture glitch; that you won't be able to see it.

- in brawlbox -

to export, right click the file, click "export" then when saving it, make sure it saves in "nameoffile.png". it should then save to desktop.

PLEASE ANSWER. I TRIED OPENING THIS with Photoshop but it said the file was not supported. I tried Gimp and paint but they said the same thing! What do I do?
