every bike has its ups n downs , take the busa and the zx6 to the dragon , the fat heavy busa wouldnt have a chance even with a pro rider on it

@ohioguyshakes It's rider not the bike. My boy Nico has beaten a lot of people on 1000s and busas. He rides a stock gsxr600. If you can't race a bike, you'll get beat by people like him on 600s.

I use to have a ZX10R 2007 and I did 9.88 at 145mill bone stock. The only thing that I had on the bike was a strap and lower the bike.I got tire of beating hayabuzas.Stock; the 1000cc are faster in drag and on The road. All the 1000cc need is a rider that takes them to the limit.

@DSMeclipsegst take 2 equally skilled riders... on a liter bike and a Busa, or even a 14... the big bikes win in a straight line. These guys on the smaller bikes can talk talk talk... Hp, and more importantly torque, are on the Busa and 14's side. I've run zx10's, gixxer k's, r1's, and even a ducati 1198 on the highway and on city streets... no comparison. I won't give a CBR the time of day... they are just too far behind on performance out of the box. 1000's are quick.. but not fast.. Busa!

Up to 160+ mph there is no beating a liter bike. My 10r smokes my buddies 14 up till 160+.

@DSMeclipsegst it all comes down to the rider

get a ZX-10 or any other 1000cc and youll tear the Busa off the track due to the weight of the busa. and this came from a busa owners mouth. he said a 10 would also beat a busa in a 1mile run but the busa would get it past about 1 1/2miles
Busa is only good for straight line. Real riders do straight and curves. Stop being scared.
