IAIS sometimes runs during the morning between 8 and 11, but it's not consistant sometimes. They often get held up. There's a EJ&E that leaves Joliet between 6 and 8AM. There is also another one that sometimes comes in between 8 and 11. The best bet for the J is in the morning.
