@svt281stang but if it is "strickly a daily driver" why put 4.10 gears in it to begin with
-
my 07 V6 does have the tlok which came stock. but u know only the right tire spins. do the 4.10 gears basically undo that? or what?
-
dude you're supposed to cut grooves in the rear bumper so the tips don't hang down like that
-
@drewster956 No limited slip differential
-
why is only one tire burning out
-
@svt281stang if its strictly a daily driver then why would you put 410's in it n e way?

People who don't have a lot of money and who don't want to spend 300 bucks for a tlok when the car is strictly a daily driver and never sees the track

hey man i got an 08 ... did you notice a big diff w/ the 4.10 compared to the stock 3.55 or 3.33 or w.e. it is

it came with 3.27 gears stock- so it made quite a difference- it pulled much harder and went through the rpms way faster

Lol. How do you like the 4.10 gearing, is it quicker take off, is the gas mileage the same as stock, does it still have high end power. I was looking at those or 3.73 but my 6 is also a daily driver and wasnt sure what would be better.

The 4.10 gears helped a lot on the launch- the gas mileage improved a little bit in town but on the interstate at 75 i was turning like 3500 rpm- so i only got like 13-15 mpgs on the highway- for a daily driver i would definitely go with 3.73s for gas mileage
