0 Seems quite a few people don't see it as a turntable, maybe a CD deck. If you said turntable to the average person, they are NOT going to be thinking CD!

BTW, even in Pioneer's website, the ONLY thing listed under digital turntable is the SL-DZ1200, lol!

Look at the word "turntable". CDJs do not have a table that constantly turns. It's all internal electronics. The term "turntable" doesn't work with CDJ's. "Digital turnable" would however work if the turntable have a lazer pickup instead of a needle. Which was done in the 80's, but guess it didn't do so well of else we would have them still around today.

to start off im in school, second off i gotta correct you once again CDJs (Pioneer CDJ1000 for example) are digital TURNTABLES, technics are DIRECT DRIVE turntables their all turntables and quit spell checking my comments on youtube if i wanted to get a spell check i would of used google chromes feature for correcting my writing instead of having a lame ass old dude on the internet try to tell me otherwise
FYI i know how to spell i just dont spend the extra time on fucken UTUBE
