TRANSGLOBAL UNDERGROUND "Tal Zamaan"

Natacha Atlas and unrequited love. A bit of drop out at about 3 min 15 unfortunately.
Swells wrote a treatment about arab princes on white chargers, moorish castles and white andalucian villages...a real epic story. Unfortunately, the budget was 7 grand, and we were in Barcelona. So I had to improvise.
This is an odd, bollywood inspired romantic tale of Nat's love for a young man, who is blissfully unaware of her existence. She stalks him, but she is being pursued by spirits, the portents of doom, or sommat like that. Lots of bollywood style pillar hugging and that sort of thing.
It's all bobbins obviously, but it's fun. Note Parc Guell doubling as Indian palace. We had to sneak in at daybreak, for the early morning light, to beat the crowds, and also because we couldn't afford the permit!
