I wouldn't neccessarely say inflated ego.but attitudes, behaviours, speeches are totally rehearsed, learned by heart in the corporate world , like even the way people interact with one another is like a scene from a movie.I am not the most "natural" person but I found that while I am not a pedant , I am an entirely different person at work. during some cigarettes breaks you get a real idea how people are.I see plenty of ppl looking remorseful if they appear too jovial or too introvert.
