As the owner of a fully-restored 1930 VL (with sidehack), I am left speechless after viewing this great video! Gorgeous bike. What fools are we who over the years turned original machines into shiny chrome-plated copies of the current mass-produced trendy junk. Bravo!

B, this is Don who bought your 1951 Matchless CS500 from Don Haddow at Paris. The bike is now in Arizona, I regretted selling it the day it was gone, but the new owner would not let me buy it back. I can get you his contact info in case you are interested, but thanks again for being a true gentlemean by letting me buy it from Don that day without steppping in. Cheers, fantastic bike and great video here. You are quickly becoming as legendary as the bikes you ahve owned!

Very sweet!! I have a buddy with an early teens Harley. I think his is a 1919 but am not positive on that.

sorry but the bike has been an Ontario bike since new when sold in Hamilton in 1913. I am the third owner. If it's any consolation I am a prairie lad from P.A.Saskatchewan

the bike had an original early teens license plate on it before I got it but it was stolen and It started me collecting old Ontario plates but I have not found a 1913 one yet so it will have to use a Manitoba one until that time. Sorry for the confusion. I would be happy to exchange it for an Ontario plate should anyone have such.
