  • Great effort...nice and slow so that people like me can get an idea and learn...cheers

  • sounds a little tinny, i do it a little different, actually the more i listen, i am not digging it at all. thats just me.

  • I want to see SREPRO's video. How difficult is it to say hey man I'm a studio musician with better chops when you can't see them? He'll never do it and doesn't even get the whole idea of what Jdarks is doing. This has nothing to do with impressing other people. Funny stuff.

  • @SREPRO >>> I think that everyone that plays the GD tunes is helping keep the music alive. JDarks is a great player and does an excellent job on this Video!

  • Very nice! :-)

  • I don't know if anyone has mentioned, the intro/groove presented here combines some of Jerry's part (the B major chord) with Bobby's part (the octaves). I like doing that, too. But folks who are interested should know Jerry didn't play the octaves part, and Bobby didn't play the big B chord.

  • Thank a million Jdarks, lifesaver. theres so little on these dudes guitar playing available. I would love if you could do piece on weir voicings. Very complex and misunderstood. THanks

  • He is playing octaves - you can do it like this although he moves the last 2, up a string set in this... first try playing it just on one string to get the sound, and then the other string is the same note.. mute the rest or play the notes that sound good if you can figure that out!

    7-6-x-8-x-x

    x-7-9-x-x

    x-9-11-x-x

    x-11-13-x-x

    x-12-14-x-x

  • whats he doing from 0:24-0:28 ? i cant seem to figure that out
