Wow - I've had 15yrs being a fan to get used to that face...but sometimes it really strikes me again how amazingly stunning he is!! lol
...and I could listen to that voice all day!

his dancing is sooooo cute x

He sang last note twice longer than on album track, so it is different. And like I said before he sings live, but there is backtrack with Johns voice playing in background and sometimes I hear echo of second voice, because probably John sang live on millisecond faster, than on record. Not everyone have ability to hear it, but I heard. In one moment he even maid harmony with his own backtrack voice. And last, but not least, he wouldn't have a real orchestra to play if he would lypsinch.

I can bet he sings live, but they used his voice in back track and it sounds like he sings with back up in unison, but in reality it's John singing live and his own voice sounds in the background. And he kept the last note too long. It's not like this on the album track. It's much shorter.

hes actually scottish

The big artists like John normally lip sinc this early in the day to save their voices also because their voices have not had time to "warm" up and some believe it can damage it, whether that last bit is true or not i dont know.
LOL i had to laugh im sure Johns eyes were fixated on Lorraines ample cleavage
Firstly have to say that I love John Barrowman and the whole album's amazing :) But I see what you mean though - it does look like he's lip-synching but at 5.49 what he sings is different from the album (and does he sing an extra chorus at 6.27?) - so I think it must be live even though it looks like he's miming...and he must be an amazing singer cause it mostly sounds exactly like the album version.

I didn't want to continue with this here, but what ever, people keep commenting despite what I ask.
I played both the album version in iTunes and the LK performance here, at the same time. They matched perfect. No differences, no higher or lower notes, no extra chorus. note: I'm not saying his performance wasn't great. It was. ITV just made a bad call.

He's not lip syncing he's singing to a back track. I watched the video through and saw no indication of lip syncing. He did a brilliant job, and quit trying to pick apart his performance.

yeah yeah yeah, ok, dispite whats already been said on here, I don't want the discussions or crap, so any more thoughts people might have, take it to a blog or whatever, or, just keep it to themselves. Like JB said if you don't like something don't watch it. I *deffinately* watched it. Would never not.

Who cares ? How much does it cost to bring in all these back up singers for 1 song on a show ? Be real !
I would rather watch John singing to a backing track than NOT watching John.
He is lovely and has a great voice.
Stop pulling the song to bits and arguing over if/if not he is lip syncing and enjoy it.

No one has said they didn't enjoy the song.
however, I for one am wondering why someone who does sound amazing live would have to do this.
I can't wait until April! =)
