31 eFXC / TTXGP Australian Electric Motorcycle Race Series 2011 - Round 2 - Winton

After a successful inaugural race at Eastern Creek the electric motorcycle teams are back for round two of the eFXC / TTXGP Australian electric motorcycle grand prix. This time the bikes were more evenly matched and the riders were only seconds apart. This nuts and bolts report shows the ingenuity and determination of the enthusiasts that make this event possible. Assuming i ever get my bike on the road i think i'd like to have a crack at a race bike. Maybe with two bikes based in Perth there might be a race over here, too!

Unfortunately the incredibly European bias of motorcycle racing continues with the TTXGP. Nature of the sport I believe. I'm all for a World final in OZ!
