@LedZeppelin2055 What differentiates him from Beethoven and makes him a little more innovative is the fact that his style was so original. He wrote some very poetic songs, but that wasn't the subject of his talent--it was the style. You can tell if it's Beethoven depending on the song, but most of his work just sounded like classical music. All classical musicians were brilliant, but that's why it all sounded the same. Jimi Hendrix was entirely his own genre.
