Part 11 of the MakerGear Hot End Build for the "Hains" Prusa Mendel. In this video I complete assembly of the hot end and conclude this part of the series. This is part of a series of videos documenting the entire process of building a Prusa Mendel RapRap from the perspective of a beginner, for beginners.

  • Panasonic TM-300 $1400X2 ... :-)

  • @terriwang Well, $800x2 for the current model (TM-900), but I get your point. However, $200 for lights will make any video 100x better. I've shot credible work on a pair of mismatched Flip cameras with good light. Just sayin'.

  • Thanks a lot . Sir. Thanks for the high Quality videos.

    I had my chocolate today.

    Thanks!

also . can I ask you a question, which camera do you use for take those videos.they are very very clearer.

  • @terriwang You can see most of the equipment I use in the store at | I use two of the Panasonic TM-300's at different angles. Also, I use a Seinheizer wireless mic and a pair of Calumet Quattro Fluorescent lights. The light is the most important thing. You can't get any kind of good image without good light, no matter how good the camera is. Note that the TM-300 is no longer available. It's newest successor, the TM-(00 is actually a worthy upgrade.

  • Thanks so much. This is going to be the toughest part I think. I'd be totally lost with out these. What a pain in the ass! =)

  • Thanks for your Videos, they are made well and instructive. I ate my chocolate before I started the build ;) coz I knew I'd squash it otherwise, It was pretty good. Im still building my Makergear Mendel, its taken me a couple of weeks here and there. Even though I used to run a mechanical/ Steel assembly department I have never had experience with electronics so its a laerning experience for me along the way as I would expect it is for many, Cheers!

  • Nice job!!!
