Observe Rhydian's reaction to the frankly ridiculous result here. This must have been a devastating shock to him but he STILL described Leon as a 'great guy' etc. Rhydian's a class act, basically. Fast forward 16 months and Leon gets dropped by Sony and what does he do?? Makes his own Bebo page and one of the first videos he uploads is Rhydain's bum note on Titchmarsh's show. Basically, apart from a distinct lack of talent, Leon also lacks any semblance of class.

people didn't vote for adam lambert because hes gay, unfairly

people didn't vote for rhydian because they assumed he was 100% safe, equally unfairly

its all convenient for simon & louis to say leon shouldn't have won but then why they were talking as if though he was rhydian's equal/hailing him as britain's michael buble on the night of the final??!

I think people vote for the one that they percive as the nice guy that needs to win. It happens here in America. This year Adam Lambert lost to Kris Allen... which makes not sense at all..... but wmotional peple vote like hundreds of times here.

On my eyes. Rhydian is the winner of that year on X factor, by far.

I reckon its the kids with their mobiles, free texts and whatnot who got Leon to win, but then are unable to support him any further. Maybe there IS a lot of support from the younger generations out there, but the reality is, that these stars need finanicial support, and not just verbal.

I still don't understand how Leon could have possibly won. The only explination is that the show is a fix. Rhydian is far better than Leon and look where they both are now.

Leon is Buble clone! Thats the problem and why Leon won't make it big in USA! Rhydian is UNIQUE and there is nobody like him! Because he is different he disturbs the stick in the muds who think Pop means Buble! In the end Rhydian will be the Super Star!! he wins people over!! He will appear on the Royal Variety Show because he has Royal Patronage! It onwards and upwards!!
