I think the wording is misleading as to who these services are actually for. The contractors that bid on these jobs must get a free ticket on the outside, or maybe they will be in the camps themselves,as inmates. At any rate none of this is good news for the apposing forces of this renegade government puppet regime.Peace.

@traitorsbeware There is a new one, built somewhere around 2006, 1 hour and fifteen minute drive West of Hearst, ON, deep in Northern ON. I went and investigated it when I was tipped off about it in May, 2008.

I was an Army Nurse for 12 yrs. Four of the 12 years in a M.A.S.H. unit. This is exactly what you said, a rapid deployment military model, made up of civilian personnel for a planned event.
