Latin Waltz with Walter Dill and Daughter, Twyla (15) of EveryoneCanDance.com - Latin Waltz is a melding of the complexities of Salsa with the flow of Waltz. We have focused on variations that flow in the lateral and/or rotational fashion of Waltz in contrast to the forward and back structure that most people equate with Salsa. It is easy to do Salsa moves in Waltz timing when adhering to the slot, as in traditional Salsa. It is much more fulfilling, challenging, and magical to marry the two dance forms - think of the Yin-Yang symbol surrounded by a string of Jalapeño lights. The tune is Nada Soy by Eva Ayllon.
This looks so fun! Great dance, great video, thanks!

Thanks for the info. I currently dance with my daughters, which won't be quite as close as these two. Also, we aren't trying to copy other dancers, but are simply exploring ways of moving together.
