Innocent until proven guilty, I believe Ian Bailey is not guilty.There obviously is not enough evidence to find Bailey guilty, OR THE IRISH WOULD HAVE PROSECUTED HIM the French have a different system, guilty until proven innocent.
furthermore for a civil case, which is what the french authorites are pursuing, the evidence of guilt has to be even less.
@bubblegum4909 ok so they are appealing the judement given by judge micheal peart. but i dont understand. the french constution states that the french authourities have the right to investigate the murder of a french citizen abroad. baileys solictior is argueing that this is dangerous for irish citizens. why?
