Agent Cooper is one of the most enjoyable characters I'v e seen in ages.
He's an awesome mix of straight up genius, goof, eccentric, and somehow seems completely innocent all the time.
I really love his tactless interjections about obvious things when he's talking about something serious. It never fails to elicit a chuckle.
