Some local beekeepers who were questioning where their bees were getting their nectar after harvesting bright red honey finally seem to have an answer.
The beekeepers say their bees, which also turned red, normally find their sweet nectar from flowers, but recently found an easy way out and were feeding on the runoff from the red food coloring used in the cherry juice at the nearby Dell's Maraschino Cherries Company.
yes but how did it taste? like cherry flavored honey? I know the dye couldnt be good for the bees but it dont seem to hurt the humans to much
