  • ... Use of lever - OMG - I didn't realise it comes out, and that is how it used. The Manfrotto manual simply says "The angle of the level on the ratchet level can be repositioned as required without effecting the lock itself". Maybe you should make some instructions of Manfrotto too.

I managed to hold the HD2000 + 5d mk II + 4 weights for 2 minutes before my arms died. How many shredded wheat do you eat? Do you use a vest in the fields? Which one?

    Best Regards,

    Antony

  • We use Glidecam's BodyPod a lot. Its cheap and lightweight and gets the job done.

  • Thank u!

  • Awesome! Thanks for the tips. Please keep them coming. Great work!

  • @lensrentals Hi, I am a film student at university and I wish I could say the same... The bodypod we have at uni unfortunately doesn't have any suspension connected directly from the 'arm' to the bodypod (if that makes sense), making it impossible to move without your body movement accentuating the camera movement... I had to learn this the hard way on a film project (FCP's smoothcam did some damage control on this...).

  • "Now we know somewhere between all the way closed, and all the way open, is our sweet spot." NO WAY!

  • Me: Siri, how do i balance my Canon 7D on a glidecam 2000?
