Inonotus Obliquus, the "Clinker" polypore... better known as Chaga is by far my most favorite of the medicinal fungi. You could call it a Totem for me. For years I have been harvesting this prized medicinal from the Wilds, and now I will show you how you can too!

  • Hi - Is it only the brown part of the chaga that hould be used as tea? Or is the black edible also? Does it only grow on birch trees?

  • I Love Harvestin Chaga... :)

  • If you want to Chaga then contact the firm in Russia "Rosecoresurs"Ltd, this company has spent years Chaga, she produces this birch fungus (inonotus obliquus; fungus betulinus) and coming soon to this natural product to foreign markets write letters to her, she will get a real mushroom Chaga

  • Is chaga easy to pick for a newbie. Or is their poisonous double I need to look for.

  • @Omnignosis It is not grown in IL. The company I work for, North American Herb & Spice, does carry it in various forms. Please give me a call at 800-243.5242 & Ask for Nelly. I'll be happy to help you!

the last thing we need is to over-harvest chaga. It takes at least a couple decades to form. Please do it modestly if at all ;) heck, if I found chaga I'd never sell it. It's worth soo much more than colored paper and copper coins <3 xox

  • its kinda like a cancer on the tree itself... hmm.

  • @FahadRyu birch..

  • Best source of premium grade chaga in an aqueous extract is at dub dub dub dot MyChaga dot com/bodyworks This stuff is amazing!!
