Jay's Organic Back & Shoulder routine is similar to his other routines, as they signify intensity and creativity. He not only incorporates two major muscle groups in this routine, but he also adds some ab exercises as well. Going through each individual phase of this routine keeps the muscles guessing and also the heart rate elevated which provides a form of cardiovascular exercise.
