Currently, I'm having great difficulties with my NMR practice sets. Here are my challenges:

1 Spin-spin coupling, and how to decipher the NMRs for them.

2. The integration curve (gated-decoupled or integration mode) is mostly very easy, but there are some weird inconsistencies. If the integration makes the "integration steps" increment by 1, doesn't this mean unique/equivalent H? OTOH, if it increments
