If the store was not doing ANYTHING WRONG then why object to the filming of the interaction. If you have nothing to hide then fix the issue. But the issue is Guilt and having it EXPOSED is the problem. All the people here reacting to the dude with the camera as IF it was he who was being unprofessional is WRONG. The fat chick should be doing all that is possible to fix the problems ESPECIALLY if there is a PAID warranty on the phone! I would submit video to MetroPCS corporate.
