No, she wasn't raped - there's a deleted scene (you can find it on youtube). After breakfast with Ben, Kate's taken back to the locker room and left there for a moment. Now, we know Kate can't stand being held in captivity, so she tries desperately to remove the handcuffs - she even tries hanging by the locker so that the pull of her body weight will help them slide off. When she's unsuccessful she nearly has a panic attack and breaks down - that's why she's so shaken up :(

i love this scene :) the way the acted and barely said a word, but said it with emotion's and that was really beautiful and cute!

they let her have a shower, and when she went to go and have coffee and lunch and stuff, the guy said she had to wear cuffs though. when she was in the shower, they stole her clothes, and left a dress saying "wear this" on it.
