Winterhalter and Johann Strauss-Liebeslieder op. 114

Franz Winterhalter was a famous german painter (1805-1873). It painted to the most famous figures of the royalty and european aristocracy of century XIX. In this video they are possible to be seen among others, to queen Victory of England, the Elizabeth Empress (Sissi) of Austria, the Eugenia Empress of France, queen Isabel II of Spain, the singer Adelina Patti and to Madame Rimsky-Korsakov. Vals "Liebeslieder" (Songs of Love) op. 114 of Johann Strauss II put the background music like it accompanied to the protagonists in the halls the time.

Preciosas pinturas de Franz Winterhalter, no conocía al pintor (gracias por darlo a conocer)aunque si he reconocido algún cuadro como el de Sisi, la música de Strauss es perfecta, algunas figuras parecen esperar a que alguien las saque a bailar este vals.

I love the music and have found a new artist of which I am unfamiliar. I love his work!!! Are these in a museum somewhere or from a book? The only problem with this YouTube number is I cannot listen and do other things. I am memorized by the Winterhalter's and have to watch (and watch and watch). Thank you so much for this posting. A rare rich treat fine art and Strauss this is!!!!
