See, this is why you don't know shit. State laws across the south prohibited blacks from voting for 90 years AFTER the 14th and 15th amendment was established, so don't speak what you don't know. According to you, what the states did was Unconstitutional. They created laws that went beyond the Constitutional Amendments created after the Civil War. Why? Because they said the Constitution gave them the right to govern their own state anyway they feel so as long as they were not enslaving people.

Again, are you stupid? There is a difference between government sanctioned and controlled discrimination and private. I'm saying private is a personal choice. Blacks got the right to vote on February 3, 1870. So don't try and lie about that. It was amended into the Constitution. You know, the proper way. Any laws beyond Constitutional Amendments that change or modify by enumeration the existing Amendments is unConstitutional. Liberty is not a negotiable commodity you can just vote away.

The civil rights act was brought about because blacks folks basically had NO rights. They couldn't vote for their freedom, because they couldn't vote!!! They had no liberty to remove Jim Crow...why? Because they couldn't vote!!! So how can you say liberties are being taken away from you when the people being disenfranchised have no liberties? This is bigger than someone wanting to eat in some redneck bastard's restaurant, it's about people having the same freedom and liberty across the board.

Ethics has everything to do with it. What is the foundation of government? Ethics then morality. If it wasn't, America would still be a colony of England. The Constitution's job is to guarantee liberty, but the Articles of Confederation limited national government. Punks like you want things to be the way they were 100 years ago...Unconstitutional state laws created to disenfranchise and discriminate others. That generated blood.
