@beyond305 cars from today are supposed to get better gas mileage and have more tech that older ones. do the research. not only did we put more people in debt but the price of scrap metal had to have dropped if not a whole lot it did, we had people who could have used the parts off these older cars to keep theirs from fucking up the planet even worse and then to make matters worse it gave people without a job another excuse to not "be able to find 1". the solution just made problems worse...

@beyond305 that y i dont like commenting on videos. dumb fucks who aint there to see what i can. the program was a flop because even tho they got rid of some of the older car doesnt mean they made shit better. tons of people got newer cars and couldnt afford to pay for them afterwards. 4500 dollars for a car is barely a down payment. so now we have more people in debt, more damaged credit and all because someone said that a 97 aurora gets shitter gas mileage compare to a 2011 vehicle.
