Local legend Larry Lange introduces us to his Lonely Knights, and gives us a brief history lesson on the "Highway 90 Sound", a period in Texas/Louisiana music that crossed the gap between the early 60's Chicano Soul coming from San Antonio and the Swamp Pop that grew out of the Beaumont/Port Arthur/Lake Charles region. Larry Lange and the Lonely Knights resurrect the sound of that era as well as many of the hitmakers themselves, who join the band often in paying tribute to this important part of Texas music history.
One of my favorite interviews yet, bar none!

They're the greatest!! A good friend of mine who played with Larry invited me to a show down at Evangeline's and that show renewed my love for the music I grew with living on the Gulf Coast. Keep it goin' Larry!!!
