In my opinion Nadal-Murray is the most entertaining match-up in tennis today. Nadal-Federer obviously has the most mystique, but those matches get their entertainment more from the situation than the actual tennis. They play great points sometimes, but too much of it is just Nadal hitting crosscourt forehands until Fed misses a backhand. Nadal-Djokovic is pretty good too, but Murray and Nadal just seem to have epic, long rallies all the time and both of them chase down everything.
