what advice do you for me since that i am wanting to start doing the hammer throw as a hobby?

179'11" That's excellent after only three years. A very solid thrower.
As many have said before me, your videos/blogs are helpful, not to mention your performance shows it works. I am hoping to throw enough this summer to do a meet.

I use a 16# (7.26kg) hammer. Men begin using a 6k hammer in meets at 50 years old. I'm only 45.
