Tony Blair said that the war aim was to capture or kill Osama Bin Laden -( the Taliban had offered to hand him over on receipt of proof that he was culpable, but Bush and Blair ignored this offer). A year later they had failed to do this, yet the war continued, and somehow the war aim had become regime change. I feel sullied by being a part of a country that did this. It appears now that there is an appetite in Afghanistan to see the Taliban restored. NOTHING achieved.

its more and more obvious that the people in the military in afghanistan are not making sacrifices for the public. NOt that i would expect that to happen anyway but it is quite a common cobble story the media publicise. YOu see the thing is the media will say something and people will automatically think its true whether its right or wrong.
