I feel for you. My neighbor is the same way. Just a complete moron with no consideration. He has stripped down 5 trucks in the last year in his garage. He has parts all over his backyard. He revs his truck almost hourly up to 10pm. I called the cops, and they came by and talked to him. They then called me and said they told him to stop a sundown. He said he was building a high performance truck. They laughed and said that it could go from a pile of junk to a piece of shit in 6 seconds flat. lol.

I know what you mean. My neighbor is dating three different women and comes in late at night, puts on the stereo and the has the loudest sex you can imagine. The walls are paper thin. Its disgusting having to listen to other people you hate having sex.
