How to Fry Fish

@TheCatFan21 Yes, catfish and WIper (Hybrid Bass) Delicious! Soak your fish in a light salt water mix for 24 hours to help draew any left over blood, and excess gamey taste from the fillets. Thouroughly rinse in fresh water before you fry... try it! You'll like it!
